Deciding what to wear for your engagement photo session can be fun and exciting, but it can also be stressful. Well, to help with that I've put together a few resources for you to check out.
Here are 5 tips when trying to put together what to wear for your engagement session
1. Wear something that is comfy and that reflects your own personal style- You want to look like you in these pictures and you also want to be able to move around and have a good time. Choose clothes that you would normally wear and ones that allow you to move.
2. Wear something that compliments each other- If one of you is dressed in a ball gown and the other in shorts and a tee shirt, they just won't go together. Think of the overall style you are trying to portray and then dress to compliment each other.
3. Think about using a pop of color- If you are both dressed in similar color palettes, add in something that will give it that attention. A colored scarf or shoes will really stand out and make the picture more interesting.
4. Use accessories to add detail and style- Think of the jewelry you want to use and other accessories like shoes, hand bags, scarfs, or even fun props. A simple umbrella can be wonderful to use.
5. Finally, don't do anything drastic to your look before pictures- If you are contemplating changing your hair color or cutting it, hold off until you are absolutely sure that's the look you want. You want to look back at these pictures and love them. I would hate for you to be stressed out because you cut your hair too short and now have to make it look like you like it. Save changes for later. Go with what you know now.
Here are a few examples of what to wear if you are having troubles coming up with something.

If there is a certain style you really like, showcase it. Make your pictures reflect how you really are.
